Canton Fair dates and phases 2026-2027
The dates of each phase, the sectors on show and how to pick the one that matches your products.

In short
The Canton Fair is held twice a year in Guangzhou: in spring (April–May) and autumn (October–November). Each session has three five-day phases, each devoted to different sectors. The 140th session runs from 15 October to 4 November 2026; the 141st is expected in spring 2027.
140th session, autumn 2026: official dates

Which phase to choose
Come during your product's phase: an exhibitor is only there during its own. If you buy in several categories, you can combine two phases and use the days in between to visit factories.

The exact sector names shift slightly from one session to the next. Before booking, check in the official exhibitor list that your potential suppliers are registered in the phase you are targeting.
Between two phases
Three days separate each phase while booths are taken down and rebuilt. They are ideal for visiting factories in South China: the suppliers you met at the fair are still in the region and available. We organise these factory visits between phases.
Where the fair is held
At the China Import and Export Fair Complex, on Pazhou island in Haizhu district, Guangzhou. The metro is the most reliable way to get there: Line 8, Xingang Dong or Pazhou stations, or Line 11, Pazhou station. At the end of the day, taxi queues are very long.
How long to stay
For a single phase, two to three days in the halls are enough if your exhibitor list is prepared. Add one to three days if you want to see factories. Details in our guide on how to prepare.
