Data collected

Only what you enter in the contact form: name, company, email address, phone number if given, planned period, products sought and message.

Purpose and legal basis

To reply to your request and, where relevant, send you a quote. This processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your data is never sold or used for marketing without your consent.

Recipients and hosting

Only the publisher has access. Messages sent through the form are stored by the host Netlify, Inc., as a processor, in the United States. Netlify is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention

Three years from our last exchange, unless a contractual relationship begins in the meantime.

WhatsApp conversations

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages go through that service, run by Meta, whose own terms of use and privacy policy apply.

Cookies and third parties

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and video are hosted on the site itself: no data is sent to a third party when you visit.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to pvperrin@saigale.com; we reply within one month. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
