Full sourcing in China

You hand us a product. We deliver it ready to ship, with a single contact from the first quote to the final inspection.

In short

You hand us a product, we deliver it ready to ship: supplier search and checks in South China, samples, negotiation in Chinese, production follow-up and inspection before loading. You approve each stage before the next one starts.

The five stages of an assignment

Nothing starts without your written approval.

  1. Briefing

Product, volumes, target budget and the standards that apply in your market.

  2. Selection

Searching, filtering and checking factories. We only present those that hold up.

  3. Samples

Negotiating terms, ordering and iterating until approval.

  4. Production

Regular progress updates and decisions during the run.

  5. Inspection

Pre-loading inspection, export documents, handover to the forwarder.

What you receive

  • A comparison table of shortlisted suppliers: prices, minimum quantities, lead times
  • A visit or audit report for each factory presented
  • Samples shipped to you, with changes tracked
  • An inspection report with photos before loading
  • The complete export file sent to your forwarder

We also handle

  • Product development from a specification or a sketch
  • Packaging, labelling and translation of regulatory markings
  • Finding a second supplier to secure your supply
  • Contract packing when you already supply the raw material

Our commitments

Buying from the other side of the world needs safeguards. Ours are written into every quote.

No factory recommended without checks

An on-site visit or documented audit before any recommendation, including what is wrong.

Inspection before every loading

Defects are dealt with while the goods are still at the factory and the balance is unpaid.

Certificates checked at the source

CE or RoHS documents supplied by factories are cross-checked; an independent lab test is recommended when the stakes justify it.

Scope and fees in writing upfront

A detailed quote before starting, no minimum commitment, invoiced in euros by a French business.

How we are paid

Two options, chosen with you at the briefing stage and written into the quote.

Sectors already handled: building materials, consumer electronics, garden and agriculture, fashion and accessories, home equipment, packaging.

  • One-off assignment: a starting fee covering the search and samples, then a percentage of the production value.
  • Ongoing support: a monthly fee with a set number of hours, for clients who produce continuously.
  • Travel invoiced at cost, on a budget approved in advance.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with small quantities?
Yes. A first test order is often the right starting point, and part of our job is finding factories that accept modest volumes or negotiating a lower minimum quantity. Below a certain threshold, we will tell you frankly if the order does not make economic sense.
What if the goods do not conform?
That is exactly why we inspect before loading. Defects are dealt with while the goods are still at the factory and the balance has not been paid: it is the strongest negotiating position you will ever have, and the payment schedule is built to preserve it.
Do you handle shipping and customs?
We prepare the export documents on the factory side and introduce you to freight forwarders we have vetted. For shipping and customs, a specialist who takes responsibility is better than one more intermediary.
Can you develop a product that does not exist yet?
Yes, it is a large part of our work. From a specification or even a sketch, we identify factories able to make it, iterate on samples and finalise the packaging before mass production.
